Training: It didn’t change much from the last fight; the difference is focusing on the new opponent. I had to adapt my training to explore Mike Swick’s weaknesses and avoid the strong points. I can tell you I’ve been training hard and I’m not the same as I used to be yesterday or last week or last fight. I’ve been improving my game every single training session. I do MMA every morning from Monday through Saturday; in the afternoon I do physical conditioning, and three times a week, at night time, I practice Muay Thai.
